Deepen your understanding of soils and composting in this workshop and ensure you never see the ground in the same way again!
When it comes to understanding soils we have a lot to thank the 8cm layer under our feet for. The rich skin of the Earth provides us with our food, and the health of the soil also determines the health of our food, animals and ourselves.
This workshop will take you through the foundations of what you need to know about soil structure and biology, to deepen your understanding of gardening. You will also learn how to create thriving ecosystems of microbes by making incredible compost that will nourish our plants!
Trainers Profiles
Taj Scicluna – known as the Perma Pixie – aims to inspire and educate people to live more nourishing and sustainable lifestyles using permaculture awareness and compassion.
Through permaculture education and sustainable services such as permaculture design and the creation of delicious ornamental edible gardens, Taj aims to nurture diversity and protect ecology.
