We're abuzz with excitement because we'll be at the @melbflowershow this weekend with our mates @beyondblueofficial spreading the good word about soil, seeds and good vibes in the garden!

We'll be running drop-in seed planting community workshops at the Beyond Blue stall (B58). Designed for kids aged between 5-12 years, we also welcome kids and grown ups of all ages to come and join into these workshops! So, if you feel like an infusion of gardening-inspired serotonin this weekend pop in and see us from 1pm - 3pm Saturday and Sunday. Did you know gardening is scientifically proven to make you happy? It’s true! Soil contains microbes that stimulate serotonin production - making you feel happier and more relaxed. So, we’ve packed seeds, soil, sunhats and mykis and are headed down the #96 tram line to the Royal Exhibition Buildings at Carlton Gardens where we're running drop-in community workshops planting seeds! These drop in sessions are designed for kids aged between 5-12 years, but we welcome kids and grown ups of all ages to come and join in!
