Welcome to the wonderful world of the Pierogi, the Polish Dumpling.
Pierogies are considered one of the 2 most famous dishes from Poland, the other being Barszcz  (Borscht)
In this hands on workshop you will learn how to make vegan versions of these delicious dumplings, using 3 types of fillings, and starting with making the pierogi pastry from scratch. You will also be introduced to the cultural history of Pierogi.
At the end of the workshop we will sit down and enjoy our perfect Pierogi together!

We will be making:

  • Pierogi Ruskie – savoury with potato
  • Pierogi z jagodami – sweet with blueberries
  • And a third surprise filling which will be your chef Nase’s own creation
