Welcome to a vegan food journey around Europe! In this hands-on workshop, Nase will have your taste-buds moving around the flavour-rich continent. At the end of the workshop, you will sit down together for a shared feast of your own making. You will leave the workshop with new inspiration and skills and a few recipes to try out at home. As is typical for most parts of Europe, there will be plenty of leftovers to take home!

Nase Supplitt has been a vegetarian for 30 years and vegan for the last 15 years. Nase is a migrant from Europe, who was born in Poland and grew up in Germany. He started cooking for himself at the age of 15 and the first dish he learnt to cook was Italian. Since then he’s had a career in hospitality both as a cook, waiter, and barista. Nase is a giving and enthusiastic teacher and enjoys cooking for his family and friends as well as organising CERES staff cook-ups and perfecting his vegan cheese recipes.
