Keep learning at CERES. Spend a day learning a new skill in a workshop or take a multi-week course or wellbeing program that might just change the direction of your life.
The CERES School of Nature and Climate Resource Hub is packed with resources to support your learning.
You will be entitled to a 100% refund, or you may choose to transfer to another date or event, subject to availability. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all participants as soon as possible.
CERES reserves the right to cancel courses or workshops due to insufficient numbers.
A refund can be requested in writing seven or more days prior to the course or workshop date. CERES will retain a 10% administration fee on any refunds given.
If you decide to withdraw less than seven days prior to the course or workshop date, CERES will retain 100% of your workshop or course fee.
A transfer may be requested up to 72 hours prior to the event commencement date, transfers are subject to availability. No changes are able to be made after this time. Please note we are only able to accommodate one change of date per original booking on any transfer requests.
You are welcome to send someone in your place, please ensure details of the new attendee are advised in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
Failure to turn up to your booked course or workshop will result in the loss of any fees paid.
If you decide to withdraw prior to any access to the online ‘seedling’ Thinkific course site CERES will retain a 10% administration fee.
If you decide to withdraw after any access to the online ‘seedling’ Thinkific course site CERES will retain 100% of your course fee.
In extreme weather conditions (such as heat, flood, poor air quality) CERES may need to implement one of the following options:
– relocate to an alternate venue
– move a workshop/session to on-line
– reschedule a session
– amend start and finish times, or
– amend the structure of a course by combining sessions
If any of these actions are deemed necessary by CERES 24 hours notice will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for adjustments made due to extreme weather conditions.
On occasion our tutors may withdraw from teaching a course or workshop(due to illness or other commitments). In these cases CERES may replace them with another appropriate tutor. Student who are already enrolled will be notified of the change.
CERES is committed to providing educational programs as cost effectively as possible, and we use the revenue from our programs to support CERES’ work and aims.
While workshops and courses are priced according to a range of factors including the length of the program, course materials and trainer fees, a key part of our pricing policy includes a resolute commitment to our members and concession eligible learners.
