Welcome to the wonderful world of the Pierogi, the Polish Dumpling.
Pierogi are considered one of the 2 most famous dishes from Poland, the other being Barszcz (Borscht)
In this hands on workshop you will learn how to make vegan versions of these delicious dumplings, using 3 types of fillings, and starting with making the pierogi pastry from scratch. You will also be introduced to the cultural history of Pierogi.
At the end of the workshop we will sit down and enjoy our perfect Pierogi together!

Nase Supplitt has been a vegetarian for 30 years and vegan for the last 15 years. Nase is a migrant from Europe, who was born in Poland and grew up in Germany. He started cooking for himself at the age of 15 and the first dish he learnt to cook was Italian. Since then he’s had a career in hospitality both as a cook, waiter, and barista. Nase is a giving and enthusiastic teacher and enjoys cooking for his family and friends as well as organising CERES staff cook-ups and perfecting his vegan cheese recipes.
