Join us for a cooking workshop with a difference. Immerse yourself in a new culture,  explore new tastes and learn about the history and tradition of the Hindu festival Dussehra Dussehra.  Food is a huge part of this festival, and in this workshop you’ll learn to prepare traditional Indian dishes to celebrate, before we sit down to enjoy the meal together.

Please note the menu will follow traditional recipes which contain gluten and milk. All dishes are vegetarian.

 

Meet your trainer

Pooja Jatwani hails from the northern part of India and has a deep passion for cooking. As a pure vegetarian, she has garnered awards for her culinary expertise, particularly in the realm of Indian vegetarian cuisine. Alongside her culinary pursuits, Pooja serves as a salon trainer, bringing her diverse talents to various aspects of her professional life.
