Join us for a cooking workshop with a difference. Immerse yourself in a new culture,  explore new tastes and learn about the history and tradition of the Hindu festival Holi, also known as the Festival of Colours.  Food is a huge part of this significant festival, and in this workshop you’ll learn to prepare traditional Indian dishes to celebrate, learning step-by-step techniques for each dish, from mastering spice blends to balancing flavors. After cooking we will sit down and enjoy the meal together.

Please note the menu will follow traditional recipes with dairy.  All dishes are vegetarian and gluten free. 

 

Meet your trainer

Savita is a seasoned cooking instructor, specialising in Indian cuisine and healthy dishes made with organic produce. From 2009 to 2017, she ran successful cooking classes in Hong Kong, where she shared her expertise in crafting nutritious and flavourful meals. Savita loves to combine her Indian heritage with a focus on health-conscious cooking, offering a unique culinary perspective to workshop participants.
