Early learning
Our early learning activities are based on nature connection and wellbeing, inspired by our values at CERES: “helping people fall in love with the Earth, again.”
As a community environment park and urban farm, located on the banks of the Merri Creek wildlife corridor on Wurundjeri land, CERES provides a unique location for individuals to spend time immersed in nature and caring for both plants and themselves.
CERES has a long history, of working with diverse clients, understanding their varied needs and goals, supporting rehabilitation, promoting wellbeing and building confidence and connection.
The CERES GROUNDED program is for a maximum of 8 participants and is led by a Facilitator experienced in delivering Therapeutic Horticulture activities designed to support mental health and wellbeing, in a community setting.
The group will meet weekly 10.00am to 2.00pm for 10-weeks on Tuesdays with the 1st program intake commencing 4th February, 2025. A 2nd program intake will commence Tues 22nd April. Participants can join for just one or more programs.
