Using Ice Cream Containers to Save Water…
The Green Cadets are in the process of collecting ice cream containers to put underneath leaking taps at our school. Our aim is to be able to put ice cream containers under each tap around the school to save water. The water collected will then be put to good use by watering our plants. We will be decorating the ice cream containers by painting them and making them look pretty! We need to educate the rest of our school to use the containers responsibly. This means not filling up the containers on purpose, as it is only to catch dripping water.
We are looking forward to painting our containers and can’t wait to see how much water we save!
