What is offered to schools:

There are more than 800 schools across Australia running the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, and hundreds of schools and early years learning centres who have joined the Foundation’s new Kitchen Garden Classroom membership and Victorian Pleasurable Food Education Package.

The Kitchen Garden Classroom is open to all Australian primary and secondary schools, as well as kindergartens, preschools and childcare centres.

Kitchen Garden Classroom membership provides schools and centres with access to; a continually growing bank of kitchen garden resources, a community of thousands of kitchen garden educators, discounted face-to-face and online professional development and support from the Kitchen Garden Foundation team. All for $275 (includes $165 joining fee and $110 annual fee).

The Victorian Pleasurable Food Education Package is available to all Victorian schools and early years centres. It includes over $1500 worth of value in professional development, educational resources and support for only $550, and includes Kitchen Garden Classroom membership.

The Foundation’s face-to-face training, online learning and array of educational resources are all accessible to anyone interested in delivering pleasurable food education.
