Water Audit
Today our Grade 3/4 Sustainability Leaders completed a water audit around our school. They were checking to see if we have any leaks or any issues with our drink fountains, taps, toilets and tanks.
Since this audit our Sustainability Leaders have been thinking of ways to help combat some of these issues.
During our Water Audit we also found that our water usage during after school hours comes down to 0 litres, meaning we have no leaks that could be potentially wasting water.
Our next step is to continue to monitor our water usage as well as regular check our drink fountains and taps for issues. The Sustainability Leaders will now go back to their class to tell them their findings to keep up our awareness for our water consumption.
