Tulliallan Primary School’s Water Saving Tips
At Tulliallan Primary School, we are working on ways to save water, which include turning off the taps, checking for leaks, using a reusable water bottle and collecting water in buckets to water the plants and rinse our compost bins.
The Green Team have also come up with tips that families can try at home. These tips include:
- Fix any leaking taps arounds the hous.
- Turn off the taps when they are not in use.
- Have shorter showers.
- Ony use the dishwasher or washing machine when it is full.
- Water the garden early in morning or late at night.
- Use a water tank!
Let’s become more water wise together!
