We are so proud to let you know that our Nature Day Planting activity went really well and was a big success. The children and the parents helped preparing our garden beds and we planted some fruit trees, herbs, vegetables and other plants. The children were so busy, helpful and felt proud that they were doing such an important job. They suggested which fruit trees go where, helped with the digging and planting and others helped with watering.
Another very important moment in our room was the Earth Day cleaning activity we did at the nearby oval. The children used gloves and cleaned the park from any plastic objects. They were very focused and enthusiastic about what we were doing and we took group photos at the end of the session.
