Our students learnt what ‘Biodiversity’ actually is (the diversity of living things) and action planned ways that we could increase biodiversity at our school. Popular ideas were creating a Lizard Lounge for our resident Blue Tongue, creating a butterfly garden and bee hotel to support pollinators and having a garden full of indigenous plants. Unfortunately our grand plans had to be put on hold for a year.
