Good Samaritan Vegetable Success Story
On the last day last term Year Three Blue students sold vegetables at the front of the cafeteria and it was a success! All the vegetables were sold in a blink of an eye.
The Year Three students grew more than 50 vegetables. It was a great experience for all the students in Year Three as at least 4 vegetables were sold every minute. The vegetables that the Year Three students sold were potato, carrots, spring onions etc.
When the Year Three students grew the vegetables they came out in different shapes and sizes, like one of the carrots came out in a spiral, another potato almost weighted 1kg.
We raised nearly $50 which we will use to buy more plants. Look out for our next sale, coming soon.
