Gifts from the Garden
We have introduced the role of SAKG Reporter to share what’s happening at SAKG and encourage families to continue the conversations and connect the learning outside of school too. Year 4 have been learning about pollination and the important work of pollinators! Here are some articles from 4A and 4C:
In garden today we learnt how bees, wasps, butterflies and bats pollinate. It starts off with the bee grabbing the pollen and then spreading it and that Spring is the windiest month and that helps pollinate. Bees are dying when farmers use pesticides that kill animals like the pollinators.
