FOOD WASTE IDEAS SUPPLIED BY THE COMMUNITY
Whilst our students give their food waste to our chickens and worm farm we are now extending our focus on food waste turning into methane gas by getting families on board to look at ways of reusing food waste.
The families ideas will be shared with our community on our school newsletter. Ideas include banana cake, bread and butter pudding and banana skins soaked to make nitrogen rich plant food.
