Hughesdale Primary School has been involved in several sustainability programs since 1999. In 2011 we completed the Energy module. Our recently completed gymnasium has many energy saving features and the school has several solar panels on the roof. Grade Three students worked with the ICT teacher in term 4 2011 to create colourful posters about saving energy at school. We are remindng the school community to save energy by turning off lights and computers when t in use and to use airconditionng effectively
