Energy Audit
ENERGY AUDIT
On the 17th of May two group of year 4’s, 5’s & 6’s came around the classrooms and took some readings about electricity. Those readings along with some other information will help us save more money and reduce the amount of waste we pollute into the air.
These readings show that our school uses less Green House Gases per student than most other schools in Victoria which is great. With the help of planet savers equipment we could achieve these things. Along the way we learnt many fascinating things such as-
- That you don’t need on all the lights on in the classroom.
- There is more ways to save money than most people think.
Over all this was a great experience for all of us and now we know how to help save the environment.
