In this course you will be shown a selection of exciting and tasty vegan dishes with an Italian flavour that are simple, delicious and quick to prepare.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to make an assortment of dishes and finish with a feast of your own making.

The menu will include:

  • Napoli sauce
  • Gnocchi
  • Ricotta
  • Arancini
  • Risotto
  • Mushroom florentine sauce
  • Bechamel sauce
  • Tiramisu

Nase Supplitt has been a vegetarian for 26 years and vegan for the last 11 years. He started cooking for himself at the age of 15 before cook in various establishments in his twenties. Nase is a giving and enthusiastic teacher and enjoys cooking for his family and friends as well as organising CERES staff cook-ups and perfecting his vegan cheese recipes.
