Discover the wonderful world of soil, and all of the living things that call it home. Learn about the role worms play in creating healthy soil by getting up close to some CERES worms, and how different plants grow in different ways by planting and caring for your very own seed!
- Understand the role that mini-beasts such as worms play in creating healthy soil
- Identify beneficial and non-beneficial bugs that live in farms and veggie gardens
- Explore what seeds need to grow including light, water and soil
- Practice sowing seeds to help support beneficial bugs in the garden
