This weekend we’re partnering with our mates @beyondblueofficial at the @melbflowershow, spreading the good word about soil, seeds and good vibes in the garden!
Did you know gardening is scientifically proven to make you happy? It’s true! Soil contains microbes that stimulate serotonin production - making you feel happier and more relaxed. So, we’ve packed seeds, soil, sunhats and mykis and are headed down the #96 tram line to the Royal Exhibition Buildings at Carlton Gardens where we're running drop-in community workshops planting seeds! These drop in sessions are designed for kids aged between 5-12 years, but we welcome kids and grown ups of all ages to come and join in!
