Petition for Premier Napthine to adopt cash for containers

Cash for Containers
Governments including Victoria have been discussing a 10cent deposit/refund scheme for drink containers for over 10 years. In that time, many issues have been canvassed and studied and there has been much public debate between industry, environment and community groups.
