Vegan Desserts
Why miss out? There’s no reason why you can’t have sweets and desserts without animal products, be it for vegans or people with intolerances or allergies to animal ingredients, or just the curious.
In this hands-on workshop you will learn a variety of sweet treats from different backgrounds and different techniques to help you take your vegan cooking skills further. And as an added bonus, most recipes are gluten free. Your sweet tooth will be grateful.
The menu will include:
- Baked cheese cake
- Raw fruit tart
- Fruit pierogi
- Portuguese tarts
- Coconut jelly
- Tiramisu
Meet your trainer
Nase Supplitt has been a vegetarian for 26 years and vegan for the last 11 years. He started cooking for himself at the age of 15 before cook in various establishments in his twenties. Nase is a giving and enthusiastic teacher and enjoys cooking for his family and friends as well as organising CERES staff cook-ups and perfecting his vegan cheese recipes.
